About Danielle Hartwell - Personal Trainer

Based in Little Alne, Warwickshire - I have been a qualified Personal Trainer, fitness and aerobics instructor for the past 25 years.

From my private fitness studio in Little Alne, I offer 1-2-1 and duo personal training for a tailored plan. Ideal for anyone based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden, Alcester and the surrounding areas of Warwickshire which is looking to improve their general health and wellbeing or to achieve specific goals.

I have vast knowledge and experience Instructing fitness classes and Personal Training using a mixture of unconventional and traditional techniques and equipment. Unconventional personal training methods can be beneficial for results by challenging the body in different ways and pushing the body to break through plateaus. Objects used can include weighted sleds, kettlebells, sandbags, and resistance bands. This type of training is also known as functional training and can help with muscle activation and stability, strength, power, and endurance. Additionally, unconventional methods can help keep workouts interesting and engaging for people who may become bored with traditional weight lifting or cardio workouts.
